The latest version of the speedy, tiny PDF reader is out. Much faster and smaller than the Adobe bloatware shite. If you can do without the browser integration (crashes for me loads anyhoo on Adobe) this is the dogs.

Foxit

a lully video of some time-lapse photies :)

the lights are purdy

Just love this short anim created by some French group. Love the humour and sound effects.

Google have decided their image search needs better, more relevant tags per image to assist in the search hits. So, in true Google inovative ways, they made a game.

You and a unknown partner are paired up, given a set of images and you both suggest the words associated with that image, match your partners suggestion and you move onto the next.

Best score over 90 seconds.

It’s fun in a geeky sort of way :)

Ah, the memories :) I remember setting up Fraser’s first BBS for our customers to call into and get drivers, oh the memories of being a sysop! The feeling of watching the people call in and seeing where they went was addictive.
I also remember calling a fair number of the larger UK & US sites, goodness knows what the charges were :) I think I may well have had one on a family and friends number! I cant remember the name of that BBS, I think Blow went there too?

Just looking at some screenshots of the old BBS software has made me all reminiscent  of those days.

I remember Rusty & Edie’s BBS and had no idea that they were raided back then.

I read all about BBS and stuff today on wikipedia and I suddenly realised how early I got into this online shanegans. It’s changed, but not that much ;)

Blast you youtube and your many links to old funnies!

Spent too long looking at all the Two Ronnies sketches there. Classics, all of ‘em.

Charlie’s Aunt

If they let him reproduce.

Better than the original? Your’re beautiful

+5 if you keep watching to the end ;)

I found the Hysteria sketch from Eddie Izzard in the 90′s

I remember this with such fond memories, I have held the wolf sketch in high regard since those days and only just found it again. Not sure it’s as funny as I remember but funny none the less.

Grrrr, that’s my name
