This is hilarious - I can’t honestly believe it. Whats the point in having multiple databases?
Isnt the problem with changing lanes to do this the highway code saying you can use speed to overtake safely. So in a situation where the cameras are at fixed points they dont know if the increase in speed was due to overtaking
